SEWT service center in Morocco, 22 March 2017

LORENTZ and SEWT have organized a one-day session at SEWT’s workshop AIN ATIK to strengthen the technical capacities of their PSSP and SSP in Morocco.

SEWT showed the new LORENTZ PS2 products with its new functions, the robustness of the controllers and performed a professional installation of a PS2-1800.

A LORENTZ / VFD comparative analysis made it possible to understand the unbeatable efficiency of LORENTZ solar pumps on the market.

In the afternoon, the participants learned how to use PumpScanner and pumpMANAGER as well as Tickets, a communication system developed by LORENTZ for our partners to facilitate communication.

The participants acquired scientific, technical and commercial information which they will pass on to the farmers in Morocco.

LORENTZ et SEWT ont organisé une formation avancée pour leurs PSSP et SSP à l’atelier AIN ATIK de SEWT pour renforcer les capacités techniques de leurs partenaires techniques au Maroc.

Les axes importants examinés étaient:

Le nouveau produit PS2 fabriqué par LORENTZ pour répondre aux attentes des opérateurs techniques, avec les nouvelles fonctions et la robustesse des contrôleurs ainsi que l’installation sur le tas d’une PS2-1800 selon les règles de l’art.

• Une analyse comparative LORENTZ / VFD a permis de comprendre l’efficacité imbattable de LORENTZ comme la première pompe solaire sur le marché mondial.

• L’après-midi a été l’objet de l’utilisation de PumpScanner et pumpMANAGER sur 4 cas en fonctionnement ainsi que l‘usage du système de communication développé par LORENTZ pour ses partenaires dénommé TICKETS pour faciliter la communication SAV.

Les participants ont acquis les arguments scientifiques, techniques et commerciaux pour les communiquer aux usagers et agriculteurs.
