LORENTZ Distribution Partner Helioeast runs training course and participates in Electricx in Egypt

Cairo, Egypt 3-7 December 2017

Between 3rd to 5th December, LORENTZ Distribution Partner Helio East represented LORENTZ on the Electricx Fair, Egypt’s leading PV sector forum.

During the same time, the ICT fair took place, where Helio East was present with the new LORENTZ portable demonstration unit and the probably youngest solar pump expert in Egypt: Mohamed Shamaa, son of Helio East’s CEO Tamer Shamaa.

Mohamed had the honor to personally meet the president of Egypt during his tour around the fair and explain LORENTZ technology to him.

From 6th to 7th December Helio East conducted successfully a training event at their office in Cairo.

Among the participants were engineers from both the Arab Organization of Industrialization (AOI) and the Ministry of Water.

The focus of this event was to discuss the new PumpScanner functionalities as well as remote control by using LORENTZ communicators.

Helio East’s pump installations feature well water level sensing, flow rate sensing, solar irradiation and temperature sensing.

All that data is cumulated on LORENTZ pumpMANAGER and is used by the authorities to match water resources availability and pumping flow rates.

The presence on both events was marking a significant development: AOI, Helio East and LORENTZ have formed a partnership to serve the nationwide initiative to solarize numerous boreholes around the country.

LORENTZ is very proud of this and we are looking forward to a continuation of our fruitful cooperation.
